职位描述：

1. 定期了解零售的培训需求，结合需求定制培训计划 Identify training needs from retail team and develop training strategy
2. 能够认证JACK&JONES体系内课程，实施课程并做训后跟进 Be able to learn, deliver and follow up JACK&JONES authorized training courses
3. 配合零售团队，策划和组织培训及项目的开展，助力销售业绩的提升 Plan, design and organize training programs to promote sales performance by cooperating with retail team
4. 实现对接城市零售人员培训的覆盖情况 Provide timely support and coaching to retail staff at different cities to ensure effective coverage

任职要求：

1. 能够理解零售，了解零售的需求，与零售部门建立良好的合作与支持关系 Good comprehension of retail business and needs. Good cooperation and supportive relationship with retail departments
2. 能够不断精进授课质量和扩大授课范围 Be able to update teaching quality to handle courses of different levels
3. 能够协助改进零售门店的生意 Support retail team to improve store business
4. 负责培训项目的运营，包括培训组织，培训过程管控，培训后期数据统计，跟踪培训效果反馈，对培训工作进行改进 Be responsible for training program operation, including course organization, process controlling, result data analysis, feedback follow-up in order to improve training effect
5. 建立定期培训档案，对培训进行复盘 Training Documentation management, including regularly checking and reviewing
6. 能够自我学习与精进，善于接受新知 Strong self-leaning and improvement skills. Good at accepting new knowledge
7. 本科以上学历,专业不限。Bachelor degree or above, major is limitless
8. 培训师经验2年以上/零售管理经验5年以上 Minimum 2 years of training experience or 5 years of retail management experience
9. 具备良好的思维逻辑能力和表达能力 Smart and logical thinking and good presentation skills
10. 具备良好的沟通协调能力和合作能力 Excellent communication, coordination and cooperation skills
11. 具备突出的学习能力 High learning capacity
12. 能够接受出差 Can accept travel in the assigned area
13. 形象佳，自律性强、细致,性格外向,具备团队合作精神 Good image, strong self-discipline, attentive to details, outgoing, active and good sense of team spirit
