Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and define non-woven segmentation where Unifi could create competitive advantages.
- Identify direct and downstream customers as well as their values.
- Analyze competition and rivals, define and create a sustaining differentiation of Unifi.
- Propose the offerings inclusive of products collection, standards, unique selling proposition (USP), marketing and promoting activities etc.
- Make annual budget and review.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Textile Engineering, Material Science or other relevant subjects.
- Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in non-woven area.
- Solid knowledge of non-woven process, categories, and application.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- English Proficiency.
