职责描述：
2.0 JOB SUMMARY
Take full responsibility of Software development for automobile controllers, including technical development trend, requirements analysis from customer and software development and system test, etc.
3.0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for software requirement analysis and software architecture design
Responsible for the software development of automotive thermal management controller, OBW (On-board weight) controller, cleaning system controller and valve actuator.
Responsible for the software development of BSW/RTE/ASW.
Responsible for codes analysis and codes test and SIL test.
Responsible for software technical problem solving.
Participate in the construction of software development related processes, tool chains and databases, and coordinate internally and externally.
Cooperate to complete system-level testing.
2.0 工作总结
全面负责汽车控制器的软件开发，包括技术发展趋势、客户需求分析、软件开发和系统测试等。
3.0 主要职责
负责软件需求分析和软件架构设计
负责汽车热管理控制器、OBW（车载重量）控制器、清洗系统控制器和阀门执行器的软件开发。
负责BSW/RTE/ASW的软件开发。
负责代码分析及代码测试和SIL测试。
负责软件技术问题的解决。
参与软件开发相关流程、工具链和数据库的建设，内外部协调。
配合完成系统级测试。
任职要求：
4.0 REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 5 years working experience as automobile software development engineer.
Major: Vehicle Engineering, Electronic Science and Technology, Electronic Information Engineering, computer, software, communication and related majors.
Know well about C&C++ programming language.
Skilled use of mainstream automotive MCU, like TI, NXP, ST, etc.
Know well about vehicle network communication and related standards like LIN/CAN/CANFD/FlexRay/ETHERNET&LIN2.2/ISO11898/J1939/100BASE-T1, etc.
Know well and experience in motor control, BLDC&BDC, 6-steps inverting&FOC.
Experience in signal filtering algorithm.
Experience in calibration development based on XCP/CCP.
Experience in diagnosis development based on UDS, know well about ISO15765 ISO14229 and DoIP.
Experience in function safety development, familiar with ISO26262 and ASPICE.
Experience in OTA development and related standards.
Familiar with Autosaur standard, proficient in a tool chain like Vector or ETAS
Familiar with MATLAB/Simulink.

专业：车辆工程、电子科学与技术、电子信息工程、计算机、软件、通信及相关专业。
熟悉 C&C++ 编程语言。

熟悉车联网通信及相关标准，如LIN/CAN/CANFD/FlexRay/ETHERNET&LIN2.2/ISO11898/J1939/100BASE-T1等。
熟悉电机控制、BLDC&BDC、6步反相&FOC方面的经验。
有信号滤波算法经验。
具有基于XCP/CCP的标定开发经验。
有基于UDS的诊断开发经验，熟悉ISO15765 ISO14229和DoIP。
有功能安全开发经验，熟悉ISO26262和ASPICE。
有OTA开发及相关标准经验。
熟悉Autosaur标准，精通Vector或ETAS等工具链
熟悉MATLAB/Simulink。
