As a Senior Engineer of MXA Operation Excellence, you will focus on driving lean manufacturing in assembly and testing on material usage, labor productivity, machine OEE, shop floor 6s, TPM&TQM, process simplification and standardization.


You will deliver competitive results by removing barriers, assisting in troubleshooting and escalating business critical issues. You and your team will be responsible for guiding and continuously improving the performance execution, through Best Known Method sharing and Business Alignment activities. This will be achieved by developing metrics that clarify deliverables, by providing manufacturing expertise, and by supporting various strategic initiatives. Other responsibilities include collaborate with networks to deliver strategic & tactical solutions, and ensuring a safe, compliant, information security and ethical workplace.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Collaborate with AT Network teams and Improve the Performance Execution
Collaborate with Site MFG/PLN IE/OI/Engineering to continually improve equipment efficiency, increase factory output capability, cycle time reduction with BIC labor productivity performance.
Analyze and benchmark performance analysis and provide direction in meeting the company business plan & strategic objective. Deliver Competitive Results.
Provide feedback to develop innovative manufacturing concepts to cycle time management, inventory management, equipment efficiency management & quick changeover program.
Provide coaching/training to site team members skillset in cycle time, lean manufacturing & equipment efficiency improvement.
Drive each constraint process area of site for continuous improvement in: Equipment Efficiency; Quick Changeover; Cycle time; Labor Productivity (for both professional and non-professional).
Promote and model the use of structural & systematic thinking processes.
Promote Statistical Analysis (Lean 6 Sigma) to Drive Efficiencies.

Requirement


Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field of study
Demonstrated success in a Manager above position preferably with experience in manufacturing engineering, equipment engineering, process engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Good understanding of Backend processes and system/physical automation (Equipment Efficiency Methodology, NPI and HVM cycle time planning, capacity planning, labor planning, lean manufacturing, VSM, BE business process & reports structure).
Good leadership skill in mentoring, building teams, managing the performance of teams and people development.
Excellent analytical and good decision making skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration with other groups, internally and externally.
Proven ability to solve problems across multi-functional and multi-cultural groups within and outside the BE Sites.
Proven ability to multi-task and lead team to meet challenging deadlines and goals.
Demonstrated ability to measure self and team for efficiency and effectiveness.
