Job Summary
Quality control for nuclear projects, ensuring our products meet code requirements and customer needs.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
-Develop and implement quality procedures and quality plans specific to components manufacturing and control valves assembly for nuclear industry.

-Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

-Conduct witnesses and audits to verify product quality.

- Drive quality improvement initiatives across the organization, analyze data, identify trends, and propose process enhancements.

-Engaging with customers and various of departments on the NCR opening and closure.
Who You Are:
You are an Action-oriented quality engineer with a strong focus on manufacturing processes.

You excel in environments that require coordination between various departments and direct customer interaction.

You identify and create the processes necessary to get work done more efficiently.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

-Brings experience in quality engineering within the nuclear industry or a closely related field.

-Demonstrates an understanding of nuclear codes and standards (e.g., ASME, HAF, NRC,RCC-M).

-Possesses strong problem-solving abilities and pays meticulous attention to detail.

-Exhibits excellent communication skills for reporting issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making informed decisions.

-Good analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

-Experience in producing Inspection test plans, setting Quality KPI's - critically working within a project and able to monitor and measure them.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
-Familiarity with control valve design, materials, and manufacturing processes.

-Certification in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma).

-Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.

-Previous work on engineering or manufacturing.
