Responsibilities:
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the Strategic Partners Sales team to increase AVEVA’s indirect sales revenue and enhance partner effectiveness. Executing regionally on global programs and driving consistency in tools, processes and measurement to enhance both revenue growth and productivity.
The Analyst is responsible for reviewing deals submitted by channel partners and registering deals into opportunities in SFDC / Salesforce. In this role, you will work closely with channel partners and channel account managers to increase visibility of channel pipelines and to enable successful close of channel deals
Review deals entered by channel partners in PRM (Partner Relationship Management) systems, approve, escalate, or reject deals based on policy
Provide training and enablement to channel partners on deal registration process, policy on platform to increase visibility of channel pipeline
Collaborate with partners, channel account managers, direct account managers to promote collaboration and resolve channel conflicts
Work with business operations team and sales leadership teams to improve deal registration partner and policy
Provide inputs for continuous improvements of PRM system
Manage support queries from partner community through SFDC / Salesforce case
Skills and qualifications:

Knowledge of Business Operations
Experienced in Partner Relationship Management (PRM)
Knows how to be a team player as well as work independently.
