A. He/she guarantees the monitoring of production process for issues concerning the execution of controls and the observance of quality procedures/instructions, verifying the appropriate use of control charts, SPC activities (Statistical Process Control), statistical data analysis and process capacity;
B. He/she contributes, with other competent bodies (production departments etc.) to the correct management of non-compliant products (identification, segregation, selection, re-working);
C. He/she ensures outgoing quality audits according to programmed control cycles;
D. He/she ensures audits of new products;
E. He/she guarantees the issue of requests of Concession/Derogation for non-compliant products;
F. He/she guarantees scrap analysis, promoting ameliorative actions;
G. He/she contributes to the draft and verification of plant tests, DOE and problem solving;
H. He/she guarantees the continuous monitoring of indicators for internal scraps compared with production goals, ensuring a constant reporting;
I. He/she cooperates to FMEA activities for the identification and prevention of product/process anomalies, also making use of results from related control plans;
J. He/she guarantees the definition of control cycles / templates for new products according to characteristics provided in drawing or identified by FMEA and specific control plans, as well as guarantees the development and testing of X-ray control programs in order to ensure product conformity for final customer;
K. He/she guarantees validation of new process and/or machinery;
L. He/she contributes to sampling planning for pre-production products;
M. He/she guarantees the approval for series production, for his/her area of responsibility;
N. He/she contributes to activities for the improvement, validation and revalidation of production processes.
