Job Summary
职位概述
• 在分公司负责人的指导下,完成公司业务支持、业务活动等工作;
• Under the guidance of the Branch Manager, to complete the company's business support, business activities, etc.
• 建立有效的业务沟通和市场反馈机制,深入市场开展与经销商沟通工作,了解市场动向,及时反馈一线的问题与需求,并做出周详合理的管理及应对策略,持续提升经销商的展业能力;
• Establishing effective business communication and market feedback mechanisms. Deep into the market to carry out communication with distributors. Understanding the market trends, timely feedback on front-line issues and needs, and make detailed and reasonable management and response strategies to continuously improve the ability of distributors to expand their business.
• 执行总部策略完成销售指标。
• Executing the strategies of headquarter to achieve sales targets.

• KPI数据收集及分析:销售额、新人数量、活性人数;
• KPI data collection and analysis: Sales Revenue, number of New associates, number of active people.
 晋升与激励计划数据收集及分析;
 Promotion and incentive plan data collection and analysis.
• 分公司所有活动会议数据收集及分析:包括不限于参与人数,新旧人数参加比例、缔结率;
• Data collection and analysis of the Branches’ all activity meetings: including not limited to the number of participants, the proportion of old and new participants, the conclusion rate.
• 高阶经销商团队数据收集及分析:包括不限于CVP、新人数量、晋升数据、激励计划挑战数据。
• High-level distributors’ team data collection and analysis: including not limited to CVP, new joiners, promotion data, and incentive program challenge data.
业务战略支持:Business Strategy Support:
• 有效执行公司战略,完成全球及中国业务计划落实与推动相关工作;
• To effectively execute the company's strategies and complete the implementation and promotion of global and China business plans.
• 属地市场业务发展与创新。
• The development and innovation of Local market business.
业务培训:Business Training:
• 全面掌握总部培训内容并具备复制、教练等能力;
• Fully mastery of headquarter training content and the ability to replicate, coach, etc.
• 定期组织分公司各种培训活动并具备演讲能力。
• Organize various regularly training activities in the branches with presentation skills.

• 活动举办:会前准备,会中呈现,会后总结:会前:控制成本、流程设置、人员分配;会中:会议效果完美呈现;会后:总结反馈;
• Activities held: pre-conference preparation, in-conference presentation, post-conference summary. Pre-conference: cost control, process setting, and personnel allocation. In-conference: perfect presentation of meeting effects. Post-conference: summary feedback.
• 嘉宾筛选及培养:挖掘-培养-展现,本城市优秀分享嘉宾;推荐本城市优秀嘉宾分享到更大舞台;
• Guest screening and cultivation: digging - cultivating – showing. Excellent sharing guests in this city. Recommending excellent local guests to share to a bigger stage.
• 分析当地业务营运状况,向分公司负责人提议属地业务发展计划,包括各类业务会议,市场及数字化活动,并根据活动落地情况向主管提供反馈及建议;
• Analyze the local business operation, and propose local business development plan to the Branch Manager, including various business meetings, marketing and digital activities, and provide feedback and suggestions to the supervisor according to the implementation of activities.
• 分公司所有活动及会议数据收集及分析;
• Data collection and analysis of all branches’ activities and meetings.
• 工作室巡访及所有活动及会议数据收集及分析。
• Distributor Workshop visiting and data collection and analysis of all events and meetings.

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements
任职资格/知识,技能及能力要求
• 大学本科及以上学历,具备英语沟通能力。营销、管理、营养学等专业优先;
• Bachelor degree or above, with certain English communication skills. Preferably majoring in Marketing, Management, Nutrition, etc…
• 具有7年以上相关工作经验,2年以上业务和团队管理经验;
• 7+ years of relevant work experience and 2+ years of business and team management experience.
• 灵活应变,具有良好的危机处理能力,能承受工作压力;
• Be flexible with good crisis management skills and be able to work under pressure.
• 富有激情和热情,工作中目标性强,有一定的市场敏感度;
• Passionate and enthusiastic, with a strong sense of purpose in their work and a certain degree of market sensitivity.
• 具有团队管理、策划组织大型产品培训、推广的能力;
• Ability to manage teams. Planning and organizing large-scale product training and promotion.
• 有良好的沟通能力和亲和力,富有团队协作精神;
• Good communication skills and affinity with teamwork spirit.
• 熟练操作电脑及使用相关办公软件。
• Proficiency in using computer office software.
