职责描述：
1. Maintain customer relationship. Monitoring market trend and competitor trend
维护客户关系，监测市场趋势和竞争对手趋势
2. Define potential customer. Define and track with current customer for coming new project nomination
定义潜在客户，并跟踪当前客户的新项目提名
3. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues, co-ordinate sales action plans with individual interface departments
制定销售策略以实现组织销售目标和收入, 与各个接口部门协调销售行动计划
4. the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team, liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
监督销售团队实现销售目标的情况,与公司其他职能部门保持联系，确保实现销售目标
5.assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals ，track, collate and interpret sales figures
协助开发销售演示文稿和提案，跟踪、整理和解释销售数据
6. forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue，generate timely sales reports
预测年度、季度和月度销售收入，及时生成销售报告
7. develop pricing schedules and rates,formulate sales policies and procedures, help prepare budgets
制定定价计划和费率,制定销售政策和程序,帮助编制预算
8. maintain inventory control , develop promotional ideas and material,
保持库存控制,开发宣传创意和材料
9. cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts
与大客户的执行决策者建立有效的业务关系
任职要求：
• experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy , technical sales skills
在规划和实施销售战略的各个方面的经验,技术销售技能
• proven experience in customer relationship management, knowledge of market research
在客户关系管理方面的成熟经验,市场研究知识
• Relevant automotive interior products and industry knowledge
具有相关汽车内饰产品和行业知识
• experience with Microsoft office, especially powerpoint presentation, SAP
•熟悉Microsoft office，尤其是powerpoint演示文稿、SAP
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English
•出色的中英文书面和口头沟通能力
• organization and planning , problem analysis and problem-solving
