Main Job Contents 主要工作内容：

1) Decal Development 水标开发

-Developing helmet decals and cosmetics, ensuring they align with brand aesthetics and customer preferences. 开发安全贴标及外观，确保符合品牌美学和客户偏好。

-Use AI type or graphic design software to read artwork and support tools and discuss it with suppliers and /or customers. 使用AI或软件看图纸，并与供应商和/或客户进行相关讨论

-Discuss artwork details, colour and design finish requirements with decal manufacturing.与贴标厂家讨论探讨贴标细节，颜色及设计要求；

-Conduct tests on the aesthetics aspects, such as adhesion, resistance to wear, colourfastness/UV resistance, durability, impact or flexibility of paint, and cosmetics on helmet performance.执行各种外观方面测试，比如涂层密着力、耐磨性、色牢度/抗紫外线性、耐久性、柔韧性或灵活性等方面的测试

-Participate in and evaluate adequate mass-production decal application performance and define decal and cosmetic shell SOPs. Use CAD software to design mockups and prototype aids for decal application and/or paint masking. 参与并评估量产阶段贴标，定义帽壳完成品外观贴标SOP。使用CAD软件设计模型和原型辅助贴标应用和/或油漆掩模

-Responsible for the decal suppliers, new colour range in decal supplier selection and validation according to standards and defined procedures 根据标准和规定的程序，进行贴标供应商开发和评估。

2) Packaging Development 包装开发

-Developing packaging components, such as cartoons, bags, and protective materials and ensuring they align with brand aesthetics and customer preferences. Use AI type or graphic design software to read artwork and support tools and discuss it with suppliers and /or customers.开发包装配件，如外箱纸箱、袋子和保护材料，并确保它们符合品牌美学和客户偏好。使用AI或图形设计软件看图纸，并与供应商和/或客户进行讨论。

-Design and test prototypes to validate and refine the packaging functionality properties.设计和测试原型，验证及改进包装功能属性。

-Discuss artwork details, materials, colour and design finish requirements with packaging manufacturers.与包装厂家讨论图纸细节、材料、颜色和设计要求。

-Conduct testing for package validation according to the requirements and usage.根据要求和使用情况进行包装验证测试。

3）Manufacture and Quality 制造与质量

- Supervise and participate in the Pilot run 监督并参与试运行

- Decal application validation for production 生产贴标应用验证

- Packaging application pilot run 包装应用试行

- Support production in creating aid tools or jigs and fixtures needs for process repeatability and consistency.支持生产部门制作辅助工具或夹具，以确保工艺的重复性和一致性

- Support the fabrication team and solve the quality issues during manufacturing, and revise the SOP or other criteria if necessary 支持制造团队，解决生产过程中的质量问题，必要时修改SOP或其他标准

- Consult with manufacturing teams or related suppliers during product manufacturing, advising them on design specifications and providing physical assistance when required在产品制造过程中与制造团队或相关供应商进行咨询，就设计规范提供建议，并在需要时提供实际帮助

4）Collaboration 协作

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and procurement, to ensure seamless integration and production of designs 与包括制造，质量和采购在内的跨职能团队紧密合作，确保设计和生产的衔接

- Attend weekly project or team meetings to provide progress reports, obtain updates on colleagues’ progress, strategize on steps for the following week and acquire information 参加每周的项目或团队会议，提供进度报告，了解同事的最新进展，制定下周的策略并获取信息

- Analyze and support the analysis of the quotations received from the supplier to ensure it is aligned with the market and/or different materials/solutions. 分析并支持对供应商报价的分析，以确保其与市场和/或不同的材料/解决方案保持一致

- Keep current with cosmetics and packing materials and technologies trends and advancements in engineering technologies.紧跟外观、包装材料和技术的发展趋势以及工程技术的进步

5）Documentation 文档

Maintain detailed documentation throughout the R&D process according to company structure and flow, including design file versions, Bill of Materials, and test results, for both packaging and cosmetics of the product 根据公司结构和流程，维护整个研发过程的详细文件，包括产品包装和化妆品的设计文件版本，物料清单和测试结果

Prepare comprehensive documentation for the Manufacturing and Quality system, including design drawings, specifications, BOM, and technical reports.为生产和质量系统准备全面的文件，包括设计图纸，规格，BOM和技术报告

Prepare working instructions, SOP and Quality specifications.准备工作指导书，SOP和质量规范

6）Continuous Improvement 持续改进

Identify and implement design improvements to enhance product performance and improve decal application during manufacturability. 识别并实施设计改进，以提高产品性能，并在可制造性期间改善贴花的应用


Skill and Qualifications 任职资格：

-Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant experience in related field. 本科学历，工业设计/材料科学/机械工程专业或相关领域的经验

- Proficiency in CAD software and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).熟练使用CAD软件及图形设计工具(如Adobe Creative Suite)

- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes related to decals and cosmetic finishes.具备贴标和表面处理相关的生产工艺知识

- Strong creative and aesthetic sensibility with an eye for colour, texture, and detail.对色彩、质地和细节有很强的创造力和审美能力

Work Environment 工作环境

- Primarily office-based with an office or workshop environment for prototyping and testing.
