Job Responsibility：
工作职责：

- Assist in providing advisory & consultancy services towards well-known foreign and domestic industrial developers, end-users, and investors.
协助面向知名国内外产业地产开发商、终端产业用户、投资商提供顾问及咨询服务；

- Assist in research work including but not limited to data collection, desktop research, expert interview, and site inspections upon client’s requirements.
根据客户要求协助开展调研及研究工作，包括但不限于数据收集、书面研究、专家访谈、现场考察等；

- Conduct comprehensive research of assigned sectors, including industrial study, investment market due diligence study, feasibility analysis, competitor analysis, project positioning and finance calculation across different industrial and logistics real estate sectors. (e.g., high standard workshop, modern warehouse, R&D lab and office, C-REITS)
对指定行业进行全面的研究分析，包括工业和物流地产等不同行业的产业研究、投资市场尽职调查、可行性分析、竞争对手分析、项目定位和财务测算（如高标准厂房、现代化仓库、研发实验室和办公室、C-REITS等)；

- Effective supports to the input, sorting and maintenance of industrial database.
有效支持行业数据库的录入、整理和维护工作；

- Prepare service proposal, tender documents, and other business development & marketing materials.
准备服务方案建议书、招标文件以及其他业务开发及营销所需的各类材料；

- Ready for other tasks assigned by senior team members.
协助完成资深业务同事分配的其他任务。

Job Requirement：
工作要求：

- Excellent command of Microsoft Office – Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
熟练运用各类Microsoft office软件，包括但不限于Word，Excel，PPT等；

- A bachelor degree from accredited Universities is required; and A Master degree from accredited universities is preferred
至少为知名大学本科毕业，硕士学历为佳；

- Professional English and Chinese report writing
专业的英语及中文写作技能；

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially with the clients and investors
良好的沟通及交际能力，尤其是面对客户和投资商；

- Great attention to details and strong sense of responsibility
注重细节，有较强的责任心；

- Ability to work efficiently and independently as approaching to the deadlines
面对客户要求时限时，能高效且独立完成工作;

- Good team player and self-learner
与团队成员友好相处，同时拥有较强的自主学习能力；

- Related working experience not necessary but experience and general knowledge in macroeconomic analysis, industrial, real estate consultancy will be a plus; working experience on industrial & logistics will be preferred.
相关工作经验不是必需的，但在宏观经济分析、工业、房地产咨询方面的经验和常识将是一个优势，有产业地产工作经验优先考虑。
