2、控制及确保切苗质量。
3、计划及分配切苗工作给切苗工人。
4、生产数量登记。
5、确保员工正确、安全地使用工具、设备。
6、监督员工绩效，指导及培训员工。
7、确保员工遵守公司及组培室的制度流程。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，农业，园艺等相关专业。
2、基本的计算机操作能力。
3、具备基层员工管理的能力。
