Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 8 years’ working experience in the operation area, among which 5 years’ in taking a senior leader’s role.
2. Professional certificate on facility management or relevant fields is a surplus.
3. Project management certification is desirable.

Experience
1. Direct working experience in China in a leadership position of the following functions: Finance, HR, Facilities including security, catering and transportation, IT, infrastructure, properties, building projects, purchasing.
2. Experience in a medium or large size of international environment in recent years.
