foundry partners, and offers IC designers a wide range of choices from its broad portfolio of Arm China owned Physical IP. Arm China PDG group physical IP include high-performance, high-density, low-power and ultra-low power Logic IP,

Embedded Memory Compiler and Interface IP for each foundry and process technology. These productions ease implementation challenges for advanced nodes to accelerate core hardening, speed SoC implementation and reduce project rise for IC design.

 

Job Description:

Receive 4~5 weeks basic training and operate for the development of physical IP (standard cell library) structure definition and circuit design on different process technology, under guidance from senior engineer(s).
Operation with physical IP development flow and design methodology.
Collect and summarize data and QA report , provide accurate summary for senior engineers’ analyze.

 

Education and Qualification:

Master student or above in related fields such microelectronics, semiconductor, electrical engineering, computer science, physics, etc.
Knowledge and understanding of semiconductor process/devices/physics, familiar with transistor lever circuit simulation and verification.
Experience in the use of engineering platform “ETx” in Linux environment.
Experience in the use of EDA tools (virtuoso, spectre, hspice, HSIM, Finesim, StarRC etc.).
Basic knowledge about the physical IP views, such as Liberty, Verilog, Mbist, LEF, CDL, GDS etc..
Basic knowledge about ASIC back-end flow(from RTL TO GDS): synthesis, STA, formal verification, CTS, place and route.
Familiar with script language, such as Perl, Python, TCL is a plus
Good communication skills, learning competency, self-motivated and team spirit.
