Your Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader and businessperson who would like to lead a team to achieve sustainable profitable growth with high focus on market share and consolidated profitability for replacement business in the regional market. You will need to take a more life cycle

approach of sales process in replacement business and drive with customer to transform and deliver our total solution in a more sustainable way.

To succeed, you will need

To develop replacement market and other assigned applications

• Implementation of replacement market strategy
• Be responsible for total solution consultant selling and achieve replacement sales target in the assigned area by individual and team cooperation effort.
• To approach installation market in the assigned industry and segment
• To provide timely and accurate sales and market information to Area Sales Manager and National BDM for replacement business.
• To organize technical training to key account customers.
• To develop and enhance good working relationship with customers and dealers in the territory to advance the selling efforts.
• Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy.

Co-ordination with product, aftermarket, logistic and credit team

• To interact with aftermarket team to provide good after sales service to customers.
• To keep relationship with logistic team to ensure machine’s delivery orderly.
• Communication with product team in obtaining product support.
• Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy.
