Our client as a Tier 1 company in the subdivision of industry is expanding their designs and technologies continues to keep pace with the challenges presented by an ever-evolving marketplace. their client virtually every industry, including the electronics and computer, data/telecom, medical, automotive electronics, EV charging infrastructure, and sheet metal fabrication categories.
Description
* Sitting in APAC leadership team, you will provide legal advice and guidance proactively, and work as a business partner to protect business operation;
* Reviewing multiple types of contracts and service agreements including but not limited to sales, services, distribution, sourcing, r&d etc.
* Monitoring laws and regulations across APAC region, assess potential legal risks and provide solutions;
* Managing external law firms to support projects- M&A, litigation, arbitrition etc.
* Providing legal and compliance training for internal stakeholders, managing investigations into ethical and compliance-related matters.
Job Offer
As the Sole Counsel in Asia to be responsible for all Asia legal affairs and day-to-day management. This role will providing strategic and operational legal advice and counsel in all areas of legal and compliance, supporting the business in Asia and helping it achieve its goals.
Profile
You will be a qualified lawyer with at least 15 years of experience handling corporate commercial matters. Prior experience in working a reputable MNC brand in manufacturing industry will be mandatory, as well as solid experience in handling PRC legal matters. APAC experience is a plus not a must. Good level of English and Mandarin Chinese will be essential.
