The role we are looking for will be supporting monthly cost analysis and reporting , quarterly forecast and annual planning activities for our Operations functions.
1.Data: Analyze and interpret volume data, GL transactions and headcount reports
2.Liaison: Liaise with the onshore team in HK, BU Heads/Leads and Finance teams within MIL
3.Reporting: Prepare monthly variance analysis by cost center and cost buckets. Assist in FTE planning and reporting, and Operations KPI reporting.
4.Analysis: Sensitivity analysis, business case review, and other ad hoc analysis
5.Finance: Participate in formulating budgets and forecasts
6.Other Work as Assigned
任职要求：
1.5 years or above of accounting or financial reporting related work experience is a must, and fluent English communication is minimum requirement.
2.Bachelor Degree of Accountancy or above
3.Certificate: accounting related certificates (e.g. CPA, CA) are preferred
Language: proficient in both English speaking and writing. Cantonese is highly preferred
4.Communication: strong interpersonal skills, and ability in managing communications to/from a wide range of audience
5.Tool: good command of Excel functions, including look-ups and pivot tables; good at common office tools (Word, PPT, Visio); knowledge in MS Access is preferred
6.Attentive to details, patient and thorough, and procedural
7.Strong logical and strong reasoning skills, and multi-tasking problem solver
8.Self-starter, well-organized and team oriented
9.Fast onboard is preferred
