1.遵循亚太区市场及招生总监和成都品宣部主管制定的品牌战略和方向，将其转化为适合本地市场的可执行的具体计划和活动
2.监测双语学校的市场趋势、研究信息，包括但不限于其学费水平、产品和独特性，以及竞争对手的活动，以确定机会和关键问题，可以形成适用于本地发展的市场分析报告
3.利用市场发展趋势以及动态，为学校发展进行品牌定位
4.与成都招生主管紧密合作，挖掘潜在客户，建立渠道，招募目标家庭，实现年度招生任务
5.为市场推广活动活动制定合理的绩效规范 关键绩效性指标
6.针对所有的市场推广活动，对其绩效进行量化与汇报，并根据既定目标（投资回报率ROI 和关键绩效指标KPIKPI）进行评估
7.实时为招生和市场负责人提供国际化教育市场及政策环境的各类信息，针对内部入学招生规模报告形成预测见解
8.全面监测与把控管理市场类和广告类活动与国际的一致性，确保不产生政策误导性，确保所有宣传材料中使用的语言符合标准，包括但不限于网站、视频、宣传册、社交媒体（微信官方频道、微博）符合品牌形象和指南9.
9.建立全面深入的社交媒体推广计划，包含但不限于小视频、小红书、抖音、知乎、B 站等，能够对市场推广项目提供前瞻性的媒体计划
10.编制预算、市场营销计划，审查目标支出，并进行实时调整，以优化品牌营销活动绩效, 监测目标客户的反馈，可提供创新增长战略思维
要求
1.本科或以上，媒体相关专业，并具备7- 10 年的工作经验
2.有丰富的品牌经历或品牌副经理的工作经验（如有4 A 广告公司、知名公关公司、世界500 强企业或一线城市工作经验者优先）
3.中英文字功底强，英文可以作为工作语言
4.丰富的创意思维,强大的数据分析能力和以业绩为驱动的能力
5.对市场部整体运作有丰富的经验和理解
6.PR event 经验丰富，有过公关危机处理的能力
7.对本地或自媒体领域熟悉，有很好的审美和沟通技巧
8.独立完成并带领团队的能力
9.可以适应少量的出差和具备抗压能力
