Our client is a globally renowned consumer group and they have been listed for several years. They have great products and they are T-O-P player in the niche sector. Meanwhile, our client keeps investing innovation and creating high-end products.
As Lead Manager, you will be responsible for:
1.Review,draft and negotiate multiple types of contracts and service agreements;
2.Provide legal advice and solutions for internal business team;
3.Collaborate with compliance team and contribute to compliance framework;
4.Manage internal legal team and external vendors;
5.Work closely with senior stakeholders.
We expect you graduated from reputable law school, and has strong leadership experience for at least 7 years. Fluent English is mandatory.
