Your Job
1. Handle outer and inner customer complaint.
2. Worked with PE to conduct failure analysis to make process stabilization and improvement.
3. Lead and drive continuous improvement activity.
4. Timely share the quality performance to response team.


What You Will Do
1. Monitor customer claim trend, collection and analysis data, lead and participate in product quality improvement activities.
2. Handle customer complain based on the relevant procedure/specification and ensure 8D reports are submit to customer within the specified cycle time. 3. Follow up and ensure the preventive/ corrective actions implement well and drive reduction in customer complaints.
4. Update the inspection documents. Such as control plan, inspection plan , cosmetic criteria and so on for corrective action.
5. Conducted an effective process audit to preventive repeat customer complaint, find opportunities for improvement.
6. Lead the customer audit which link to customer quality concern.
7. Support and lead Engineer for enhance quality skill and ability.
8. Develop and lead team to improve the efficiency and quality performance.
9. Other duties as assigned by management.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent in electric and mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum 7 years-experience or above as a Quality engineering / Failure analysis in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong understanding of TS16949 or equivalent.
4. Master quality principles and tools (e.g., QC 7tools , 8D,MSA, SPC, FMEA, Control plan, PPAP, problem sloving etc.)
5. Strong leadership to drive the team smoothly must be able to motivate and solve problems related to staff.
6. Strong people skills ,able to work well with people of all levels and balance the conflict internal and external.
7. Good communication to cooperate with each department.
8. Good computer skills in Microsoft Office – Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
9. Good communication skill in English – both written and spoken – as well as presentation skills for internal communication as well as external communication with oversea CQE and customers.
10. The skill of data analysis and quality problem solving.


What Will Put You Ahead
1. Connector experience will be an advantage.
2. Be good at GB or BB is preferred.
3. Qualify experience of connector manufacturing is preferred.
4. Commercial product customer experience.
5. The knowledge of Minitab is preferred.
6. Experience with SAP is preferred.
