Essential Responsibilities;
HSE & Quality Leadership commitment, engaging and driving safety values.
Own and execute a portfolio of projects across multiple customers.
Drive flawless execution through the project life-cycle (Plan, Design, Make, Prepare, Execute, Evaluate, Complete) to project deliverables across the business functions.
Manage team priorities across multiple functional areas eg Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics etc.
Lead customer meetings; kick-offs, project status updates, site visits, customer project reviews and projects audits.
Translate customer needs/requirements into detailed project plans shared with company.
Understand and ensure adherence to customer contracts.
Deliver projects on-time and on-budget.
Manage project risk with identification and mitigation plans. Promote a risk management mindset.
Build and own margin expansion / project productivity strategy.
Focus on driving financial performance e.g. Cash & Margin.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have 5-10 years' experience in Oil and Gas related industry
Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration / Project Management
PMP certified will be an added advantage
Good Understanding of project management / API 6A, 17D
PC Literate: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point
Strong business and financial acumen
Excellent written / oral English knowledge and skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze, lead and resolve problems
High energy level - self-starter. Proactive, able to engage and stay engaged
Ability to drive and manage change in a dynamic environment operating in uncertainty
