Responsibilities：
• Calculate employee’s salary and provide all payroll report monthly and ensure the data is accurate.
• Administer social insurance and housing fund project of SIP.
• Manage employee’s contract, contract creation, renewal, termination process, probation period review.
• Manage employee’s personal file.
• Update employee’s database promptly.
• Be familiar with Individual income tax declaration.
• Ensure audit compliance for payroll, social security, housing fund and payroll labor costs.
• Be responsible for alien’s employment license, employment permit and residence permit.
• Be responsible for high-tech enterprises related work
• Management of the company's patent application.
Work Experience：
• Above 10 years working experience in C&B function of the manufacturing company
• Be familiar with the social insurance and housing fund of SIP
• Be familiar with Individual income tax declaration
• Experience in charge of high-tech enterprises
Skills：
• Be familiar with the national and regional Labour law, policy and regulations;
• Firm knowledge in the application of modern communications technology (i.e. Excel, powerpoint etc.)
• Good oral and written communications skills
• Hold the necessary HR related certificates
• Long-term cooperation with relevant government departments

It was established in July, 2006，company covers an area of 40,000 square meters . In 2013, the Shenyang factory was established.
