Responsibility
1. Take the tickets from client, resolve the ticket within SLA, or escalate to next level if beyond own coverage or current expertise
2. Implement solutions using SAP configuration, master data setup or code and support rollout projects
3. Time tracking and documentation according to MHP Global IT standards
4. Ensures billing of his/her projects and changes
5. Create a positive work environment by demonstrating and sharing functional/technical knowledge
6. Effectively uses teamwork to contribute to a high morale/high-performance team culture, consulting attitude and strong personal integrity
7. Assist in the coordination and collaboration of external consultants (Customer & Suppliers) as well as internal team members
8. Design practical, creative, conceptual technical solutions for business requirements balancing appropriate technology, cost and implementation timeline
9. Develop and adhere to standards for design, coding, testing, change control, code deployment, software controls, configuration management, continuous integration, and troubleshooting and root cause analysis of application problems
10. Complete other duties as required by the Manager from time to time

Requirements
1. 5+ years of SAP related experience in at least 1 model of FICO, MM, SD, PM，PP, QM and WM etc., at least 2~3 full-cycle project
2. Experience in support ticket handling and change control processes
3. Cross-module integration experience with MM/PP/SD of different models
4. Hands-on experience and thorough understanding of Integrating SAP and related non-SAP applications
5. Skills in creating process flow diagrams, business process documents, and training material
6. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or similar discipline.

要求
1. 5年以上的SAP相关经验，至少在FICO，MM，SD，PM，PP，QM和WM等的一个模型中，至少有2~3个全周期的项目经验。
2. 有支持票据处理和变更控制流程方面的经验
3. 有与MM/PP/SD等不同模式的跨模块集成经验
4. 在整合SAP和相关的非SAP应用方面有实际经验和透彻理解
5. 有创建流程图、业务流程文件和培训材料的技能
6. 拥有会计、工商管理、信息技术、计算机科学或类似学科的学士学位。
