Our client is a globally recognized chemical company from Europe with an established business in APAC region. Currently, their Asia Pacific regional center is located in Hangzhou and with thousands of employees. They are now looking for a Legal Counsel candidate and will report to APAC General Counsel.
职位职责
As the legal counsel, you will report to APAC Legal Head and will responsible for legal matters for the country, with the assistance of external law firms. You will be expected to be hands-on with daily corporate commercial contracts review / drafting, as well as managing contentious matters if necessary.
任职要求
We expect you have more than 5 years work experience, graduated from reputable law school and can speak fluent English, Able to travelling in APAC region.
