Responsibilities主要工作职责

Be responsible for delivery and validation of tooling processing
development and fabrication tooling designs for new product developments and
secondary operations.

负责相关类别模具的设计评估、生产进度跟进以及相关模具和生产工艺的验证和验收

Qualifications 资格要求

Bachelor’s
degree in Mechanical, Plastics, Tooling or Manufacturing Engineering (minimum)

·
机械，冲压、塑胶、模具工程专业本科

·
Over 10+
years relevant tooling development and
manufacturing experience.

·
10 年以上相关模具开发和生产经验

·
Demonstrate
a strong working knowledge of mechanical design with expertise in one of the
fields of molding, extrusion ， stamping, diecasting tooling development and manufacturing process

·
至少熟悉以下其中一个零件成型工艺：注塑，挤压成型，冲压、压铸等

·
Demonstrated
knowledge of relevant tooling and part fabrication process validation process for
such PPAP package with tools of
/MSA/SPC/Control plan /pFEMA and others

·
熟悉相关模具及相关零件生产工艺的验证方法特别是 PPAP 包的使用　

·
Familiar
with tooling fabrication process for such as CNC, Grinding, heat treatment , etc.

·
熟悉模具制造工艺，如CNC、研磨、、热处等相关工艺

·
Knowledge
of secondary processes such as machining and decorating (anodizing, plating,
painting and other surface treatment ).

·
了解相关零件的二次加工工艺，如机加工、阳极氧化、电镀、喷漆和其他表面处理工艺

·
Strong
material knowledge of plastics and metals. Experience in plastic molding, metal
casting, metal extrusion and metal stamping.

对注塑，挤压成型，冲压、压铸等零件的原材料了深刻的认识

·
Experience
with precision molding and resolving out of spec issues is a strong plus

·
有相关模具的改善经验和改善案例的优选选择

·
Experience
in tooling design utilizing plastics filling software.

Experience
in project managing schedules and milestones

·
具备项目管理经验，能主导和配合新产品的开发节点控制要求

·
Fluency
in Mandarin and English. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Can
deal with business travel and self-sufficient
