Description of Role
· Has responsibility for handling daily LCL FinOps tasks and interacts with internal stakeholders.
· Support pears with technical or process related challenges during process execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily FinOps tasks in line, such as Billing document creation, vendor payment request submission, etc with process IOP’s and ensure quality of service in always maintained.
• Adhere to process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs) during daily operation.
• Able to resolve requests via email in a manner that delights customers within timeline.
• Carry out all activities in a manner that will contribute to the achievement of individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
• Have good business knowledge / process understanding to provide a value add to the customers through effective business solutions.
• Participant in team engagement activities.
Technical Skills
• Experience in LCL, logistics and FINOPS is prefer.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge or understanding on KPI’s would prefer.
Soft skills:
Key requirements (in addition to normal qualifications)
• Time management skill: ability to handle multi-task and manage challenging deadlines.
• Good communication & interpersonal skill and should be able to build good working relationship.
• Good stakeholder management skills and experience.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Position Specifications:
• University (preferred) or College degree.
• Good written and oral English.
• Understand the Operational & FinOps business processes across Maersk SCM or LCL business is prefer.
• High sense of responsibility and team spirit.
• Ability to work under pressure.
