Role & Responsibilities

· Follow Exyte Group policy, keep work place and environment under company EHS requirements.

· Carry out document control responsibilities under the instruction of Document Control Manager and immediate supervisor for projects and office DC administration tasks.

· Support On-site and Off-site document control activities, which may require travel.

· Working in client site, compiling of clients’ safety, protocol requirements

· Provide administrative support to managers and team

· Coordinate and manage meetings and trainings

· Manage and deliver the low-consumption, ensure safety stock of Low-value consumption goods, and maintain the list

· Assist annual dinner and implement other related staff welfare including HR and staff wealth committee

· Support on employee activity, and other office admin issues handling as supervisor required.

· Admin support for high level managers, and visitors

· Carry out DC responsibility in specified projects under the instruction of DC leader.

· Follow document control procedures and specific delivery schedule on project, receive, check, distribute and record project documentation deliveries, conduct document copy, scan, distribution and archive task as required.

· Handle project technical documentation with electronic document control system, input/download and update the data in DC system timely. Ensure the record files are maintained in good order.

· Undertake other tasks as requested by the project DC supervisor.

· Other Admin/DC coordination responsibilities in clients organization
