Main Tasks：

1.Daily tasks in financial area, including AR aging management,management reporting, inventory reporting and aligning with overall organization goals;
2.Exploring upstream/downstream improvement opportunities by working with business partners, identifying root causes and builds long term solutions;
3.Supporting long-term relationship with US teams to improve product life-cycle. Stakeholders and customer management;
4. financial controllership risks with the accounting operations, assessing the adequacy of existing controls and partnering with controllership team to implement new controls as needed;
5.Operationalizing policies, documentation and implementation, and procedural compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. This includes developing, modifying and maintaining the operational and design effectiveness of internal controls partnering with Internal Audit;
6.Supporting in other process areas like collections, cash application, credit notes and deduction management and vendor/customer contact management;
7.Support and design/redesign processes for existing as well as new business lines / geos expansion;
8.Work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment - strong in dealing with ambiguity.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, other quantitative fields or equivalent professional experience;
2.3-5 years in finance, or accounting, International experience at a multinational organization is a plus;
3.Advanced Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) modelling, and experience with data analytics;Advanced presentation skills
4.Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate business processes;
5.Ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. 6.Fluent communication skills in English (written + spoken);CET-6 is a must.
