职位详情
1、大客户交付经理是该客户所有国家EOR需求交付的第一责任人，对客户交付满意度负责;
2、对接客户具体EOR需求，及时协调客户与区域交付接口人，保证需求落地，项目顺利交付:
3、负责对接客户侧的考勤、结算对账、开票，保证数据准确，以推动收入确认和尽快回款;
4、了解所涉及国家的基础人力资源政策和相关劳动法等，以便给予客户咨询;
5、及时处理交付期间的涉及问题，包含员工纠纷、客户紧急需求等。
职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、工作认真、细心、负责，勇于担当；
3、英语精通，可作为工作语言，其它语言加分项；
4、沟通能力较强，擅于处理员工关系问题的优先；
5、具有一定的项目管理能力，PMP通过的优先；
6、具有海外工作经历的优先，尤其是熟悉本地Payroll、劳动法政策的是加分项。
