● Sales of the entire product range of the coffee machines;
● Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in the area of HoReCa related business;
● Independent planning and organization of customer visits;
● Ensuring long-term and strategic business development;
● Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with products and services;
● Presenting the product in a structured professional way;
● Understanding the needs of the business customers;
● Researching the market and related products;
● Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
● Creating statistics and market researches;
● Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
● Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
● Monitoring competitors, market conditions and product development;
● Cooperating with the sales partners in the country and the company in Switzerland.

Requirements:

● At least 3-5 years of sales experience in coffee business in the China market
● Bachelor or master degree in business, marketing or engineering
● Passion for coffee is a must
● Strong communication and negotiation skills
● Strong customer focus
● Self-motivated and independent character
● Language Skills: Chinese and English
