customers, to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Presales Support: Work with sales team to design technical solutions, assist sales to introduce technology for customers. Support various marketing activities with introducing solutions and related applications.
售前技术支持：支持销售团队设计客户技术方案，协助销售为客户进行技术推介；支持各种市场活动，在各类展会和研讨会上推介合适的方案和介绍相关应用.
Dealer Technical Support and Management: Work with sales team to train dealers to sell products and solutions in the different industries.
代理商技术支持和管理：作为爱色丽和代理商的技术联系人，熟悉和维护相关伙伴技术层面的信息；与销售团队合作，培训代理商达到在相关行业销售产品和方案的能力.
Key account technical management: Manage key accounts from technical level and provide them with related support and service.
大客户服务及技术管理：从技术层面管理大客户并给予他们相关支持和服务.
Aftersales Support: Provide product training to customers, and follow up technical support.
售后技术支持：从应用层面对客户进行产品培训，并提供后续支持.

Education, Background and Skill Requirements
At least 3 years of color management experience, also know well on plastics coatings & home appliances manufacture process and color evaluation workflows
3年以上颜色管理经验，同时了解塑料、涂料、家电等行业的生产工艺和颜色评估流程。
Technical support background
有技术支持工作经验
Bachelor degree or above, good spoken and written English
本科或更高学历，有较好的英语交流能力
Good at communication and speech skills
