岗位职责
1.根据岗位要求筛选海外简历，进行数据整理和分析
2.根据沟通维度，与海外候选人进行初步沟通
3.通过电话邮件与候选人进行面试邀约和确认
4.在海外本地网站或社媒注册账户、发布招聘信息并实时更新
5.协助主管收集目标国家市场收集整理市场行业相关信息
6.其他围绕海外本地招聘项目的相关工作
岗位要求
1．2024年及以后毕业的本科或研究生，可尽快到岗；
2．能够连续实习至少3个月，每周至少3天;
3．具备较强的沟通和信息收集能力、执行力强；
4．有招聘实习经验优先；
5．良好的英文听说读写能力、有小语种加分。
