Gerneral Purpose：
As the Product Manager for the Pulsed Laser you are responsible for the success of the TPnano and TruMicro Laser business of TRUMPF LT in the Chinese market. In this role you work together with internal departments, as well as international subsidiaries to develop strategic planning on product development & sales activities, which is based on professional analysis and anticipation on industy and market trend in order to drive business development.

Main Task:
1.Develop & Expand TRUMPF Laser business for TruMicro and TPnano (pulsed ns to fs Laser)
2.Define product requirements.
3.Lead the TRUMPF pulsed laser business development strategy in focus markets foil processing and laser cleaning.
4.Drive continuous product development of TruMicro and TPnano
5.Lead NPI processes in China
6.Solve technical issues related to product performance & application.
7.Support localization projects
8.Technical consulting of customer
9.Establish network with industrial partners and anticipate business opportunities, market trends and product requirements.
10.Analyze competitive situation.
11.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.


1.Bachelor/Master
2.Min. 3-5 years' work experience in Laser or related Machine building company

5.English is capable in daily working environment in including listening, speaking, reading and writing.
6.Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation
7.Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.
8.Ability to continuously learn.

10.Be forward-looking, be able to identify trends and to develop and to maintain the right network within the industry.
