Gerneral Purpose:
The Industry Management Power Battery Laser Business is responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding business relationships with important customers for TRUMPF laser technology in all relevant areas of the eMobility industry in order to help to maximize market shares for TRUMPF in the Chinese market.

Main Task:
1.Working experience in new energy related industries to analyze and solve customers' actual problems.具有新能源相关行业工作经验,能够分析解决客户实际问题。
2.Establish regular communication with customers to ensure clear feedback of customer needs, proactively coordinate project resources to ensure timely response. 定期与客户建立沟通交流,确保清晰反馈客户需求,确保及时响应。
3.Proactively coordinate project resources, promote early project introduction and solve on-site problems积极主动协调项目资源,推动前期项目导入及现场问题的解决
4.Based on the insight of industry, summarize customer needs, collaborate with product departments, and promote new product development. 基于对行业的洞察,总结客户需求,协同产品部门,推动新产品开发。
5.Good at Office software, especially PPT&Excel, 善于使用PPT和Excel等办公软件
6.Good communication skill and anti-presurre ability, 优秀的沟通技巧和抗压能力
7.Complete other tasks per business requirement. 根据业务需要,完成直属经理安排的其它工作


1.University degree Bachelor/ Master in Laser or E-Mobility. 本科或硕士学历,激光或新能源相关专业
2.With Overseas education background or with experience in related functions of an international company will be preferred. 有海外留学经历或在跨国企业的相关职能部门实习/工作经历者优先
3.1-3 years working experience in Laser Industry
1-3年激光相关行业工作经验
4.Good understanding of E-Mobility. Background in Laser Materials Processing or Laser development is a plus了解新能源行业,有激光材料加工或激光开发背景者优先
5.English (fluent/ business professional). German (strong advantage, if native or business conversational)英语(流利/商务专业)德语(德语母语者或可以进行商务沟通者更优)
6.Be adapt bale to irregular business travel 能适应不规则的商务出差
7.Good analytics and structured problem-solving skills, as well as Customer oriented working style 良好的分析和解决问题的能力,客户导向意识
