Design and develop customer products and solutions
which conform to safety, reliability, performance and cost goals


Key Accountabilities：
· Under general supervision to work on low complexity project independently to deliver qualified results:
· Develop concepts
· Apply mechanical engineering principles to design products/components and create drawings
· Verify the design by calculations and simulations.
· Solve technical problems
· Collaborate with otherfunctions or providing supports
· Other tasks assigned
· Proactively thinks outside the box
· Identifies and pioneers new ideas which deliver competitive advantage
· Good and effective effort on communication
· Technical support to purchasing, Industry engineering, quality and sales on daily work
· Interaction or deliver service to customers and suppliers if needed
· Ability to work in a team environment


Educational Background：
· Bachelor or above degree in mechanical engineering or related

Professional Knowledge and Experiences：


Engineering principles including pneumatic, statics, dynamics and fluid mechanics
Designing for manufacturing process including die-casting, machining, stamping and injection molding
Mechanical design calculations like: bolts, seals, spring, flow rate…
Finite Element analysis
2D drafting and 3D CAD modeling
Pro/E and windchillexperience
General office and PC skills
Basic SAP knowledge
Good at verbal and writtenEnglish
Problem solving, time management
