Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for holistic process diagnosis and improvement for OGSC (one global supply chain):
• Conduct policy deployment/Hoshin Kanri to align OGSC process objectives with the company vision/mission/objectives,
• Support set up key metrics for the functions (sourcing/order fulfillment/costing/quality/logistic) within OGSC,
• Conduct value/waste analysis to identify improvement opportunities,
• Lead CI projects to improve process performance and standardize process.
• Support document the process/best practice/lessons learnt and facilitate the roll out,
• Collaborate with ISC and BU stakeholders for value chain optimization.
2. Responsible for CI Management Process launch:
• Establish and implement Lean Maturity Level assessment process,
• Deliver CI trainings: RACI/Process Mapping/WI/Project Management/etc.
• Drive Autonomous Improvement: Lean specialist certification/Kaizen Idea facilitation & conversion/Gemba Leadership facilitation/etc.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or above
• 5+ years of experience in Lean/CI/Operation excellence optimizing supply chain or manufacturing processes,
• Sound knowledge in all kinds of Lean tools.
• Strong project management skills
• Strong and effective communication in a multi-cultural environment.
• Good analytic skills and sensitive to figures.
• Initiative, independent, well-organized, responsible.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office, particularly PPT and Excel.
• Ready to travel within Aisa Pacific region.
• Good written and spoken English.
