Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop day-to-day plannings for product categories in the sports, lifestyle, casual and accessories lines
2. Collaborate with Business Units and global markets’ regional sales to expand product categories and product pricing strategy, and promotional toolkit / activities of a mixed product categories.
3. Source and evaluate new manufacturer in China, SEA and global regions for quality, cost and compliance matters. Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful manufacturer.
4. Oversee production and cost control functions across sample development (include materials development, accessory application, as well as fabric quality) to ensure for operational excellence.
5. Provide technical expertise or advice on fabric quality and suitability. Policy, process and production improvement.
6. Troubleshoot production problems relating to quality, technical problems as well as shipment schedule.
7. Participates in the pre-production meetings and support Quality Assurance, Technical Development and related functions towards the right direction for ways of working.
8. Upgrade and train manufacturer for technical, process and quality improvement.


Qualifications:
-Diploma degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Business, or related field.
-Over 10 years experience in fashion & apparel manufacturing industry, and particularly well-versed with active wear products.
-Technical expertise in sample development, manufacturing engineering, production upgrade, pattern-making, garment construction, etc.
-Factory resources in Mainland China and Southeast Asia.
-Demonstrated experience in launching successful product lines and driving innovation.
-Exceptional project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple deadlines.
-Knowledge of industry regulations, quality control standards, and manufacturing processes.
-Passion for active wear products, with a deep understanding of customer preferences and lifestyle
