Job Function:
工作职责：
1. Strongly believe the principle of “The safety is the everybody responsibility”, aim to improve the department and company’s safety culture and all relevant SHEQ targets;
坚信“安全是每个人的职责”的原则，致力于提高部门和公司的安全文化和各项SHEQ目标。
2. To ensure that all non-conformities incl. safety incidents, equipment failures, etc. are reported, investigated or analysed and closed with proper corrective actions ;
确保所有不符合项，包括安全事故，设备故障，客户投诉等都已汇报，调查分析，并通过合理的整改措施进行了完善。
3. Always follow the ME2 principle to execute all relevant maintenance activities according to the plan & schedule.
始终贯彻ME2原则，按计划和进度执行相关的维修活动。
4. Involve, participate and conduct relevant technical design review, safety risk assessment, i.e. project peer review, Hazop review, JSA, LMRA, etc.
介入，参与并主导相关的技术设计评估，安全风险评估，例如：项目同行评议，危险性和可操作性分析，工作风险评估，最后一分钟风险评估等。
5. Provide advice and suggestion for annual budget develop, assist EM manager to complete 3YMP timely with clear technical scope and accurate cost estimation.
为年度预算提供意见建议，协助部门经理及时完成3年维修计划，并且各项计划都有清晰的技术范围以及精确的成本预算。
6. Conduct necessary training/coaching for maintenance/operations technicians or the maintenance contractors according to its respective level required.
根据不同工作的要求，为维修技师、操作人员及维修承包商提供必要的培训/指导。
7. Assist EM Manager to update related procedure per Vopak requirement.
帮助工程维修经理按照孚宝要求更新相关程序。
8. As the function expert, to ensure that related terminal critical assets, especially for safety critical assets/equipment and special equipment are well maintained and fulfil local legislation and Vopak standard.
作为专业领域的专家，确保相关的库区资产，特别是安全重要资产和设备，以及特种设备，都能够保持良好的维护并同时符合地方法规以及孚宝标准。
9. To manage the in-house and temporary contractors, to ensure that all site project construction, maintenance works are carried out in safe manner and quality controlled.
对常驻承包商以及短期承包商进行管理，确保所有项目施工、维修工作安全地执行并进行质量管控。
10. Regularly attend the ORM (operations review meeting) with customers, to discuss service performance, safety issues, complaints, improvement actions, etc.
定期参加客户操作回顾会议，讨论服务绩效，安全问题，投诉，改进方案等。
11. Monitor and review the maintenance KPIs, conduct equipment failure analysis, to work out more accurate maintenance plan and spare parts strategy.
跟踪并定期回顾维修主要绩效，开展设备故障分析，以进一步制定更加精确的维修计划和库存策略。
12. To assist and support the Terminal Department in continuously improving Terminal operations, facilities and equipment though proactively identifying opportunities and implementing solutions, and through implementing Vopak corporate initiatives, E&U saving and standards.
通过积极识别改进机会和实施方案以及执行孚宝集团公司的节能计划以及标准，协助运营部门持续改进码头和罐区的设施、设备及操作。
13. Regularly participate the emergency response drills according to the ERP, to identify and remove the gaps thru the drills, to ensure that all specific ER plans always workable whenever the emergency case happened.
根据应急预案定期参加应急反应演习，通过演习，找出差距并弥补差距，确保无论何时，当应急情况发生时，相关的应急预案都能够是切实可行的。
14、Implement work/tasks assigned by EM Manager.
执行工程维修经理安排的其它工作任务.
Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical is preferred.
教 育： 大学本科学历或以上，机械设备专业优先。
Languages: Fluent in written, reading and speaking English and Chinese
语 言： 流利的中英文书写，阅读和听说能力
Computer: Ability to use computer and knowledge of relevant software, especially with the expertise of Excel & Presentation.
计 算 机： 熟悉计算机操作及相关软件的运用,特别是Excel & Presentation的技能。

Experience: Minimum 3 years working experience in chemical industrial production/construction projects (refinery, petrochemical industrial or terminal working experience is preferred) with engineer role
工作 经历：至少3年以上的从事化工制造/建设项目工作经（有炼油/石化/库区经验优先）担任工程师岗位。
