We are looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst for an IT Delivery Center who will mainly be responsible for audit-related activities, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assess business requirements and make-evidence based recommendations to support process improvements.
• Conduct regular audit on process compliance- to identify internal inefficiencies.
• Drive operational excellence and robust continual improvement.
• Lead periodic Compliance/Process Improvement Governance
• Support process team in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities. Work with Process Owners in analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes to effect change, especially when new policies and procedures are introduced.
• Setup guidelines through establishment of auditing, reporting, and follow-thru guidelines and tools to facilitate validation and verification of compliance with requirements against MITDC’s defined standards.
• Ensure that the team works in accordance with the approved company operating policies, procedures, practices and methods

• Organize regular/periodic audit engagement with each team to verify compliance with various standards, and extend support with advisory services, for compliance.
• Define procedures and controls that are suitable for the correct measurement of process effectiveness and efficiency.
• Assist in development of new process capabilities.
• Assist (where required) in interpreting complex data and business metrics.
• Train employees on ITIL processes
• Document procedures, policies, and present new process designs to stakeholders for discussion
• Manage projects that may be assigned. Produce project plans and business cases, budgets for approval by relevant sponsors/stakeholders. Ensures that project dependencies and execution risks are minimized.
• Performs tasks assigned from time to time.
任职要求:
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer, IT Management field or equivalent related experience is preferred.
• ITIL Certified (Foundation or higher)
• Six Sigma (Green, Black belt) certified (preferred)
• Experience with application development/implementation using Agile methodology.
• Experience in Project and Organizational Management
• Experience working with compliance, audit, outside regulators, and other support organizations while participating in providing solutions in support of the business objectives.
• Experience on Process Improvement
• Strong communication skills- both verbal and written
• Excellent inter-personal and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented
• Self-starter
• Above average analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to strive for and achieve Execution / Operational Excellence.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good presentation skills
• Leadership and Mentoring skills
• High level of integrity
• Ability to structure a large amount of information within a process framework.
• Knowledge in business process re-engineering
