Principal responsibilities
-Responsible for monthly payroll calculation and individual income tax declaration
-Arrange Social Insurance, Housing Fund, commercial insurance as well as Linde Smart plan for employees
-Review salary calculation and debit note for dispatched employees
-Responsible for creating ledger and reporting all kinds of labor statistical form required by government and headquarters
-Responsible for signing the long-term on-site agreement
-Responsible for salary survey for China as well as internal and external salary analysis work
-Responsible for personnel cost budget and analysis work for China
-Support the implementation of year end process, such as merit salary increase plan and bonus plan etc.
-Support to improve and develop the existing C&B plans
-Ad-hoc assignment from line manager.


Required key skills (professional/technical)
-Good payroll & rewards related knowledge
-Proficient in office software
-Good at data analysis and reporting
-Excellent communication skill
-Good English skill
-University degree or equivalent
-At least 3 years' related experience
-Work experience in multinational enterprises is preferred
