Responsibilities / 岗位职责：
1. Company legal affairs, including but not limited to legal document review, legal consultation, litigation, etc
2. Reviewing and localizing internal policies and guidelines
3. Company compliance projects, conducting compliance risk assessments
4. Support on the company secretary related services (license application, annual inspection, board resolution, etc.)
5. Assist the company in conducting legal training and promotion
6. Monitor and provide guidance regarding new legal developments that may impact the business
7. Contract drafting, negotiation and advisory responsibilities ranging from standard contracts to one-off transactions
8. Other tasks assigned.

Minimum Experience & Qualifications / 岗位要求：
1. Postgraduate student, major in Law or relevant
2. Excellent reading, writing and speaking in English
3. Experience internship in corporate legal is preferred
4. Possess team work skills, excellent analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexible/adaptable, result oriented, excellent time management skills, independent thinking and strong initiative, have learning motivation and focus on personal development
5. At least 3 days a week and at least 2 months duration, which can be extended and changed according to personal time and plans.
