1.To act as key resource to solve main technical issues regarding chemical refining processes,
2.coordinating transfer of process/technology from oversea;
3.recommending improvements to processes used in production of existing and new technologies.
4. conduct environmental, health and safety activities in accordance with company policies.
Principal accountabilities主要职责
1.Transfer and develop written technical information (production requirements, technology transfer document) needed to meet JM standard, customer and government expectations and requirements.
2.Analyse and identify opportunities to reduce metal loss and increase production effectiveness through design and process changes.
3.The incumbent must be keenly aware of the maintenance requirements and the upkeep of the process equipment. He/she must work with the maintenance department to ensure top performance of plant equipment.
4.Identify equipment needs and recommends solution to management.
5.Provide training to operators on engineering standards and technical skills.
6.Troubleshoot materials, process and production problems, making recommendations for resolution. Problem solving using a quality system.
7.Coordinate with other function in order to establish and maximize allocation of resources, costs and time frames for process.
8.Conduct translation from English to Chinese on production procedures and other required reports.
9.Recommend and implement environmental, health and safety procedures and programs in accordance with company and legal requirements.
10.Participate and assist PGM stock take with production area.
Qualifications任职要求
1.Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
2.More than 5 year experience in a chemical plant environment preferably with specific experience in reaction / distillation operations and mechanical rotating equipment.
Previous experience in managing technical personnel.
3.Ability to provide technical assistance for equipment / instrumentation operating problems with strong exposure to plant maintenance and plant operations.
4.Knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies and their applications in determining.
Ability to work under pressure and influence in a fairly matrix organization.
5.Effective communication skills and strong team player.
6.Good spoken and written English.
