ISE Responsibilities
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer OTD
• Ensuring that orders are recorded according to the defined KPIs
• Achieve sales and profit target according to the defined goals
• Develop the capabilities of the Customer Service team, e.g., through changing processes like planning and forecasting
• Responsible for quotation approval according to DoA (Delegation of Authority) for defined housed accounts
• Ensuring consistent processes, high quality data and data maintenance in the systems

Management Responsibilities
• Plan and lead ISE team to meet performance target and ensure team activities according to company requirements and policies.
• Act as a liaison between the ISE team and other stakeholders, such as executives, clients, sales segments and business units
• Regular performance review and reporting on implemented applications, processes, training and coaching sessions
• Ensuring harmonized process are implemented and followed across Industrial Europe
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team


Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in inside sales team leader, with a focus on manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within customer service.
• Good at written and spoken English.
