工作职责:
1、协助处理总裁办公室日常事务,如证照章管理、报销整理、ERP系统订单操作等并及时汇报给总经理及副总经理审批;
Assisted in handling the daily affairs of CEO office, such as license management, reimbursement arrangement, ERP system order operation, etc., and reported to the general manager and deputy general manager for approval.
2、协助完成总裁办会议的组织工作、会议记录纪要等工作,与各部门协调配合,积极跟进会议决定事项的催办、查办和落实工作;
Assist in the organization of the meeting of CEO Office, meeting minutes and other work, coordinate with other departments, and actively follow up the urging, investigation and implementation of the matters decided at the meeting.
3、协助总裁办公室对公司发生的各突发、紧急状况积极了解情况,并及时联络协调各相关部门和负责人尽快解决处理;
Assist CEO Office to actively understand the company's emergencies and emergency situations, and timely contact and coordinate relevant departments and responsible persons to solve them as soon as possible.
4、负责总裁办公室各类文件、档案的存档, 协助完成相关合同草拟及行政通知公文的撰写等工作;
Responsible for archiving all kinds of documents and files in the CEO office, assisting in the drafting of relevant contracts and the writing of administrative notices.
5、做好公司重要客户接待、园区接见及政府联络活动;对于公司国外办公室发到中国办公室的各项需要协助的工作,积极收集信息并及时回复;
Do a good job in the reception of important customers, park interviews and government liaison activities; For the company's foreign office sent to the China office for assistance work, actively collect information and timely reply.
6、根据需要协助公司、工会组织的各项活动,如团建,年会等大型活动;
Assist the company and labor union to organize various activities as needed, such as group building, annual dinner and other large-scale activities.
7、完成总经理和副总经理和其他上级领导交办的工作
Complete the work assigned by general manager, vice general manager and other superior leaders.
工作要求:
1、专科以上学历,英语可作为工作语言,且英语口语沟通无障碍;
2、熟练掌握办公软件Excel/Word/PPT,工作效率高;
3、处事灵活、诚实正直、工作态度积极主动;
4、热爱学习,有较强的文字、语言表达、领悟和应变能力;
5、1-2年工作经验(优秀应届生宜可)
