ASSIGNMENTS:
· Participating the investigation/ analysis of customer complaint/ return, propose & implement the corrective actions with related dept. for improvement.
· Be owner of ISO 9001, ensure ISO9001 effective running
· Be accountable for the quality of the products under test, working closely with our project teams to deliver functionality for products.
· Analyse the related quality KPI and trigger improvement for any deviation
· Continuously improve and develop quality level of inspection method
· Report and keep relevant files updated
· Involve and support the agenda of yearly quality
JOB-SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
· Good reading, writing and speaking English
· Familiar with ISO9000 Quality Assurance Program
· Quality Knowledge—RCA, 8D, quality tools
· University graduated at least
· Good knowledge in Microsoft office
· More than 3 years working experience related quality
· Familiar with furniture, have basic drawing-reading ability
