1. Maintenance Strategy: Responsible for development of maintenance strategy of Packed Logistics Plant based on site and business goals, includes:
• strategies to optimize scheduled down times of the plant (for inspections, compliance work, maintenance work and etc.)
• strategies for preventive and predictive maintenance (including autonomous maintenance)
• strategies for spare parts

2. Asset Management:
• Responsible for processes in operational maintenance, including defining the specifications of maintenance services, gate keeping process (Prioritization of maintenance activities, ...), and cost controlling (e.g. check actual vs. planned costs)
• Responsible for processes in operational engineering, ensuring plant modifications and small projects are executed according to the operations’ requirements.
• Prioritizing work orders to maximize value creation and equipment up-time.
• Responsible for Shutdown management.
• Responsible for ordering all technical services, including maintenance services, turnaround services and engineering services, and conducting assessment of service suppliers according to defined criteria

3. Asset Performance Improvement
• Facilitating the asset criticality analysis, downtime analysis, root cause analysis, etc. to eliminate repetitive failures.
• Responsible for identifying bad actors and coordinating improvement plans
• Compiling the plant’s demand for investments and replacements and preparing a proposal for investment planning

4. Cost & Budget
• Responsible for development of the plant and equipment capital strategy. This should include: strategies for equipment life cycle analysis, strategies for asset replacement.
• Responsible for reporting, status tracking, prioritization of capital projects within the plant and across functions.
• Define and manage the capital budget and update the business the budget & forecast
• Responsible for the E&M budget and budgeting the necessary maintenance services

5. Responsible Care
• Following company EHS requirements, support to implement the relevant safety and environmental protection policies and procedures in packed package and fulfill company commitment to Responsible Care.
• Ensure implementing all the EHS related activities in the plant.

6. Monitoring, technical documentation and reporting
• Responsible for the asset relative documentation and reporting
• Responsible for monitoring Asset Effectiveness

工作要求
• At least 7 years or more relevant experiences (Site Asset-/ Maintenance- and or Operations-/Process-Management);
• Experience in automatic warehouses is plus
• Profound Knowledge in equipment, machinery, PLC, automation as well as SHE.
• TAR and reliability knowledge.
• Fluent English
