Responsibilities
Responsible for talent acquisition planning and implementation. Provide talent acquisition solution based on business development needs.
Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall company policies and standards.
Contribution to global talent acquisition Projects by conducting risk assessments, expecting these outcomes to form a robust foundation for supporting a more effective decision-making process and serving as the basis for change management action plans.
Maintain hiring tracker and ensure the correctness of hiring related data.
Create hiring related report for different business needs on regular base.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Laws, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years’ work experience preferably in talent acquisition related function, experience as headhunter is welcomed. Has oversea recruitment experience is a must.
High proficiency with all office professional software (excel, power point and word, etc.)
Fluent Chinese and business English (written and spoken).
Personal competencies: process and customer orientation, problem-solving skills, cooperation, communication and coordination skills, economically efficient acting, engagement & self-initiative and responsible.
