Responsibilities:
1. Collect, study and analyze market data for the manager to enhance formulation of proper marketing strategy and sales plan.
2. Prepare annual budget proposal and monthly forecast for respective fairs for the manager, monitor and control the expenses for respective fairs to achieve the set target.
3. Establish relationship with new clients by conducting meetings in trade shows, follow up calls etc. to maximize client base for exhibitors and visitors and facilitate exhibitor and visitor canvassing for respective fairs, maintain
good relationship with key clients and enhance their loyalty to our fairs to enlarge revenue and gross margin of respective fairs.
4. Coordinate with project teams of head and global offices for the development of respective fairs, and evaluate the progress of development of fairs from time to time to maximize our exhibitors’ benefits and fair revenue.
5. Establish and maintain relationship with the working partners (e.g. booth contractors, travel agents, freight forwarders and other suppliers), assist the manager to prepare and check the tender documents to the appointed
vendors for turnkey projects to ensure the specifications, quality of services and costs are matched with our requirements.
6. Supervise subordinates to administer daily sales administration tasks, database and website management, solve all kind of problems escalated from team members (booth allocation and arrangement, payment, booth constructions, etc) to ensure smooth completion of sales activities.
Requirement:
1. 4 years solid sales experiences in exhibition industry at supervisory level or equivalent.
2. Good organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills.
3. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin), additional language will be an asset.
4. Aggressive, self-motivated, result-oriented, a good team player and able to work under pressure.
5. Willing to travel overseas.
