• Work closely with HR Team to provide professional, efficient and effective on-site HR services for Business Lines in Shenzhen Nanshan Office, serving as a business partner to promote AECOM’s company culture.
• Assist and support to handle HR related issues and some Employee Relations cases.
• Take a key role in Compensation and Benefits (“C&B”) operations in local offices, e.g. monthly payroll, social security contributions, expatriate non-taxable benefits, etc.
• Responsible for implementation and follow-up of HR policies, programs and projects, and preparation of regular and ad-hoc HR reports and data analysis, with focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver key HR initiatives/projects in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related fields.
• 6 years or more experience as a HR Generalist with C&B focus, or willing to take on broader responsibilities.
• Prior working experience in multi-national companies or similar industries will be definite advantage.
• Proactive, passionate and self-motivated in partnering with HR Manager and internal stakeholders with a growth mindset.
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese.
• Good inter-personal communication skills.
• Willing to travel
