1、工艺管理Process management
·确保量产工作Ensure the series production
·寻找问题的即时解决方案，并在生产运行中聚焦问题Finding instantaneous Solutions for problems and care about the problem in running production  
·日常工艺问题解决Process troubleshooting in daily shopfloor.
2、 项目协调Project coordination
·工作包结构和竞赛的准备Preparation of work package structure and contests
·实现项目的目标及要求Realization the aims and requirements of project
·会议的组织及开展Organization and running of meetings
3、工艺文件编制Documentation preparation
·维护和更新测试范围工艺文件Maintain and update the test scope line process document
·对新编制和新下发的工位文件进行培训Conduct training on newly established or newly issued standard operations.
·促成说明文件的净化（与装配准备车间保持联系）Contribute to purification of documentation (keep in touch with AVW)
4、新产品及量产车型管控New product and series production model control
·TTO/PP 或其他特殊车型的生产技术支持TTO/PP or other special vehicle model production support.
·工位信息维护和调整Workstation information maintenance and parts workstation information adjustment.
·零部件的试装及验证Suitability of parts during try-out assembly.
·参与设计更改方案的讨论和方案验证Participation in discussions on and validation of design changes.

学历Education:
1、本科及以上，经过车辆电子的电气工程培训者优先考虑。
Bachelor degree and/or above in Electrical Engineering Training on vehicle electronics is an advantage..

经验Experience:
1、5-8年汽车行业或汽车工程专业工作经验，尤其卡车最终线装配或相关经验优先Proven track of minimum 5-8 years working experience in automotive sector or industrial sector, preferably truck final line assembly process or related experience
2、具备车辆电子领域的经验Experience in the field of Vehicle Electronics.
3、对测试和校准过程有深入而详细的了解Deep and detailed understanding for test and calibration processes.

专业知识及技能Specific knowledge and skills:
1、熟悉技术图纸和标准及质量管理系统知识
Knowledge of technical drawings and standards. Knowledge of QM systems
2、有使用电脑的能力了解产品文档/产品知识。CAN/LAN网络知识
Computer literacy. Knowledge of product documentation / product knowledge. Knowledge of CAN/LAN Networks
3、具有卡车最终生产线初级EE操作经验，能够系统地分析车辆问题并提出解决方案
Experience in truck final line start up EE operations, able to systematically analyze vehicle problems and propose solutions
4、测量工艺的基本知识Basic knowledge of measurement technics.
5、系统分析能力，识别问题并提供解决措施Structured & analytical thinking to identify problem and provide solutions
6、优秀的沟通及管理能力，能够在复杂的环境和多个利益相关者沟通，Excellent communication & manage skill within complicated environment of multiple stakeholders
7、灵活的项目管理能力，良好的压力处理能力和抗压能力，及时有效完成工作Flexible project management and good with stress with requirement of high results quality in timely manner
8、英语能作为工作语言English as a working language
